VISITING OUR WEBSITE

You can visit our website without providing any personal information.

We keep log files, i.e. we collect and store data about the visitors of this website. This data includes your IP address, your internet browser, the website from which you reached our site and the date and time of your visit.

We use log files to safeguard legitimate interests, namely, to guarantee system security and to be able to trace misuse. Data in log files is stored for a maximum of one week. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use cookies.

VISITING OUR LINKEDIN PAGE

In order to visit our page on the social network LinkedIn you have to log into your LinkedIn account. LinkedIn is provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Comapy, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. We and LinkedIn are joint controllers.

LinkedIn takes responsibility for providing us with LinkedIn’s PageInsights, i.e. aggregated demographic data on the visitors of our LinkedIn page. Data subjects may exercise their rights under the GDPR through their account settings or by reaching out to LinkedIn directly. We use LinkedIn and PageInsights to safeguard legitimate interests, namely for publicity and in order to understand who is interested in our paget. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

LinkedIn may transfer personal data to its parent company LinkedIn Inc., 1000 West Maude Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA. Since no adequate level of data protection has been established for the USA pursuant to Article 45 GDPR, we use the standard contractual clauses as an appropriate safeguard pursuant to Article 46 GDPR. The standard contractual clauses are part of our data processing agreement with LinkedIn, available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa.

When you contact us by email or using the contact form, we process the data you provide, in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

YOUR RIGHTS

If applicable, you also have the right to request that we transmit data straight to another data controller, providing that this is technically feasible.
